Steam Extraction:
First we start by pre-vacuuming all areas to be cleaned. We then pre-treat with a safe, biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning solution. This solution is sprayed deep into the carpet fibre to loosen soils. After the solution has been given time to work, we extract all the soil and cleaning solution using heated conditioning solution from our steam cleaning unit. We finish off by protecting all furniture legs and use a carpet groomer to fluff and re-set the carpet fibres. This system typically allows the carpet to dry to the touch within four hours.

Dry Cleaning:
This is a safe non-toxic form of cleaning with which the carpet is pre-treated and agitated with a cleaning solution that crystallizes around soil particles and suspends them away from the carpet fibres. Specially treated cotton pads are used to remove all soil, leaving a beautifully clean carpet. With this process carpets are typically dry in less than 90 minutes. This system is best used between steam extractions to keep the carpet healthy and looking its best.
